I have applied for my parents on 8th may but haven't received any update after biometrics

2nd: Portal

Visa got refused.

Reasons -
1. Insufficient funds (I showed approx 20k CAD in my bank account and additionally showed investments, property etc)
2. No significant families ties outside Canada ( My entire family is in my home country. My parents, my sibling. I dont have any significant tie in Canada)
3. Purpose of visit (I showed my purpose as visiting a family friend who is a govt employee in canada and tourism. Showed a 10 day trip)

I don't know what to do now as these reasons make absolutely no sense to me.

I showed 10k for 20 days trip. Scared now!

My biometric was done 16th May and my result came on 29th.
