Hi guys I really need your help to understand something please help me out here. And thanks in advance.

I applied for AOS on April 12 2023.
2 days ago I got an email from Assessment support agent asking for some documents which I provided right away.

My question is, are AAIP officers and assessment support agents are same ?

And when can I expect my NOI if everything goes well?!

AOS is not under express entry; therefore, no NOI will be issue, instead it will be a nomination certificate. Usually the officer will email your employer to confirm your employment along with the request for your recents paystubs. If everything looks good. you can expect the nomination certificate this week, then you have to apply PR via non-express entry PNP using the nomination certificate.

Please keep us updated if anything comes in. Did you talk to your employer if they received anything? Thanks.

well…nothing yet… still waiting
I also got the same thing last week. I emailed my document and status went to “submitted” again. My employer did not receive anything yet. So I was also confused whether the support agent and the one who’s going to assess file are the same. Let’s see. Thanks.

Hello good day, may I know what documents/information the officer usually ask? I applied last May 07 and when I opened my account it changes to application assigned for assessment June 08, but me and my employer haven’t received any email. Thank you

Application assigned for assessment means it's in process by the assessment support agent.
Once it's done the PNP officer will ask you or your employer for your paystub that's it.
You will get the nomination soon

I received an email requesting for bank statement of my overseas work. But majority of my work I received majority cash, only a few card salary, I sent an email if its fine to send pay slip but office didn’t reply. I dont know if they will accept cash/card payslip

My agent told me they just need to prove the 24months experience abroad regardless of cash/card pay. I will be attaching also my offer letter and guarantee letter from my previous company. I hope they will be satisfied with that I am a little worry

For getting cash payments you don’t need to worry…just show them your cash vouchers and your cash salary credit certificate from your overseas employer.
You shouldn’t write anything personal to visa officer/PNP officer.
just provide them the documents i mentioned and you are good to go!!

Your cash salary vouchers and credit certificate is more sufficient…. Also if you have filed any tax returns for your overseas work will be good aswell.
