my husband applied for student visa and i applied for spousal open work permit.today our visa was refused because they were not convinced that we will leave Canada after his studies.please what do i do next. reason:no asset outside canada and no significant family ties

So how much in funds did you show? Did he pay first year tution? If you accompany him then what are your family ties to return to home country? SOWPs are not guaranteed. He may be better to apply for a study permit on his own.

we paid for the school fees but it has not reflected in the school account.for family ties our parents and siblings are our family ties.

i also want to ask i was his sponsor in the first application,if i use his aunt as his sponsor to show proof of fund in the second application will it be ok

Parents and siblings are not family ties. Family ties are spouse and children under 22.

How much money did you show in first application? So you paid first year tuition? How long is program? No such thing as sponsorship for a study permit. The aunt can show funds but may not be considered as she is not an immediate nor extended family member. If she is gIrving you the money then do a gift deed for the total tuition. Have the document notarized, and then she transfers the money to you.
