Can't Access my old "GMAIL" account any more!

Two years ago I applied for student visa and I gave my biometrics but unfortunately
I got refused for some reasons. but now after two years I wanted to re-apply as a student
again but I couldn't recover my old Gmail account which I used for the first application!
and every time I try with new email it says "we found an email associated with the information
you provided ..... to finish creating your account a verification code will be sent to this email address"

so please I need your help, how can i fix this problem.

Google will give you the runaround to get that account back, if it hasn't been deleted already. It helps to have associated that account with a phone number, address or a credit card to help your appeal with Google. And it's still a toss up that they'd reinstate it for you. Alternatively, you can call IRCC and tell them stop associating this application with the old email address (that's dumb, in and of itself). They can associate the previous application to this one but shouldn't force you to use the same email address to reapply. It's like asking me to use my 1994 Compuserve email address to apply in 2023. GTFOH.
