OINP clarification - ECA

Hello,

I received an invitation to apply for the OINP based on my primary NOC as a physician. Unfortunately, the ECA from MCC is taking much longer than expected (even though submitted 3 months ago) and I will get it probably only in 2-3 months and after the deadline for application submission.
I wanted to consult if it is worth trying to submit the application mentioning that the ECA is still in the process or either way it will be rejected without an available ECA?

you can write to OINP and check. Provide your ECA application receipt that mentions the date of submission.
