Biometrics was already done last year in August for Visitor visa which was rejected.
BG in progress since 19th'April.
Eligibility not started.
No update since then.

Eligibility- Not Started ( however, Eligibility in progress on GCKey while BG not started)
No updates since 19th.....

Almost same time frame (details in signature).
I'm curious to know what does your GC Key say about Eligibility? can you copy/paste the sentence from there?
BG : in Progress in Tracker > but it says "Not applicable" in GC Key (note sure what that means?)
Eligibility: Not started in Tracker > nothing changed in GC Key.

How do you make a gckey account I only have the tracker and my application was online

I just don't understand the (Not Applicable) on GC Key. What does it mean? I am pretty sure at the beginning it was the same as yours.
No update or ghost updates since April 19 on the PR tracker.

Not applicable means you are done with the background verification I called ricc last week they said your criminality completed and security had not started

Any idea how long does the background verification take? This is so frustrating...no update since 19th'April

In general, applications take month if not years. so you all need to be patient :).
Citizenship applications take about 1 year, so bringing someone to Canada will take time. But it all go through eventually. You just need to learn to be patient when it comes to paper work with the Gov. of Canada :)
Have a good day, and keep posting your timelines so we all get an idea about the estimated processing time (although it varies a lot depends on your VO).
My timeline is in my signature (and also posted on the excel tracking sheet).
