What is PRBIO on gcms notes. it shows counterfoil number but status shows cancelled? I am worried

my AOR is May 2020
I just received gcms notes. It says special program designated to PRBIO. Does anyone know what this means?
Also my gcms show counterfoil number under COPR but status is cancelled. I am worried even though on page 3 it says Approved.

Many speculate that PRBIO means an officee has to flip out our biometrics status to "received"manually. Maybe they dont have an automated system to do this. I have PRBIO too on my gcms

I have PRBIO too but my criminality is passed. Officer put notes that previous bio has been run again against some sort of platform (I forgot the platform) and passed, however I still have PRBIO and security is not started

Yes. Officer put notes that Crim passed. Also same on page 2 as passed. Question is why didn't he start Security immediately after cos my security is still not started after 4 months

Yeah this is frustrating! They should hav started security immediately when eligibility has passed

Just received my eCoPR and mine has PRBIO by the special program.

PRBIO is the Biometrics program they introduced as requirement for PR applications in December 2019. That's all.

Not sure about the counterfoil status.

In my case, eligibility started pretty late, but it was done in 15-20 days. However, its the background thats taking forever. In the latest GCMS i can see that they got it passed from RCMP, but perhaps waiting to get confirmation from FBI and International Partners. I guess when that happens, they will change Background to complete status.

Then go for 15 day long break and then come back and issue Pre-arrival....and so on....argghhhh......CIC!!!
