Hi everyone,
I applied via SDS on April 20, 2023.
Intake July 2023.
I already had my biometrics as I got a rejection last year in July. I decided to get assistance from a representative. Do you know if I can use the Application Tracker to see the application status? I only have the information the agency provided.
Good luck to everyone! :)
Thank you!

Hey @LiLi91 Yes, of course, you can use the Tracker https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/

I applied on March 17th. Medical was updated on 23rd but still pending for background checking. Any idea why there is a delay for so many applicants

Backlog of so many applicants and staffing shortages combined with IRCC strike that is now over. Applications for some work permits may be prioritized over study and visitor visas.

Sounds logical as I have seen few people who I know have got their visa approved applying together. I guess the processing times shown in IRCC will eventually change.

Seriously getting discouraged for my sister in law. I belong to a filipino student visa group on fb. At least every day I see a good 10 post a day of people showing their timelines of Approval that they applied in April and getting decisions this month. Some only waited a week others less then a month. Here my in law has been waiting since March 29th . How the heck is that fair. It should be first come first serve and not. It's almost a month that her eligibility has been in process.
