Really ? It took just 10 days for my friend, his AOR was on 2nd may and medical and Bio updated on 12th May, FSW Inland, Single Applicant
Depends, some can get early too. One of the biggest complaints in AOR threads in 2023 were slow "initial" processing of inland candidates (MEP and BIL linking). Who knows, it isn't statistically significant data anyways :)

When I proceeded with the payment, there was a timeout and I was automatically logged out. When I logged back in right after, there was no button for “Continue application”. But the payment went through.

About an hour later, I received emails from IRCC. I logged in again, and saw my application was submitted and I received AOR and payment receipt.

Is it all okay if I received AOR in the end even though there was a timeout during my payment?

You should be fine unless you observe any errors in submission of your info. If the payment went through, you are good.

If any thing change in your profile , you have to update to IRCC . please visit IRCC official Site .
But in this case nothing is changing to the profile that was submitted. Let's say I submitted the application on 10rh May, which says from 1st April 2020 to present, I worked as this in this company. And then if in June 2023, I change my job, there is no change to what I submitted.

iirc, you were OINP in-demand occupation candidate who got 600 points through NOI plus work ex + IELTS + WES. An employer had no role to play in this process. If so, you are not required to inform IRCC about the change in employment.
