Did anyone see updates on their tracker as of May 10, 2023? The tracker indicates there was an update but I see no changes

Mine was may 8, my visa number. was written on the tracker. I had earlier received bvl on May 6, visa number updated may 8, but till now no ppr

Visitor visa Application for my Mom

AOR: Nov 13, 2022
Biometrics completed: Nov 22, 2022
Application Status Tracker was last updated on 2nd of May, 2023:

1. Biometrics - completed
2. Eligibility - completed
3. Background Verification - in progress

She has a flight booked on the 14th of July, 2023.

I sent a request form via the CIC website - did get an automatic reply "Everything is okay"...

What are the chances she can be still refused if Eligibility is completed and Background Verification is in the process (she is not a criminal and has never been in any kind of trouble )?

What are the chances she will get her PPR in the upcoming weeks? Not sure if we need to cancel/change the flight tickets...

Thanks for any advice or hope in advance

Or you meant Acknowledgment Cum Tax Invoice Receipt?

Oh I see.. It’s fine. This is just a normal email every applicants get after payment online.
In my term I got an email after Biometric submission stating that VAC Have Received My Application with a Tracking ID No, as well as an Attachment document stating Acknowledgment Cum Invoice Receipt, in the receipt is the Visa Category, Application Ref No, Sub Visa Category and Invoice No.
