Missing Documents do I need to pass all over again?

Hello everyone I received a message through Immigation and it said I have missing 2 documents and incorrect fees because of R10 of IRPA it considered incomplete
my question 1.) do i need submit again all requirements from checklist through provincial nominee program or only 2 missing documents only?because some of my documents are expired like IELTS etc. please help me

If your PR application has been rejected citing incomplete docs you have to resubmit a fresh application after getting an ITA - You have to enter the pool & wait

You need to have valid IELTS

Did you receive an ADR request from IRCC for something specific ?

i think you have to retake ielts. Since your first PR application was returned, you will have to re-apply. so if your ietls is expired now, you have to retake it before apply a new PR application.

No, they wont because it will be a totally new application/file. You must retake Ielts

Yes, I did receive an ADR for my background as I apparently missed 4 months (in the past 10 year history). I submitted it by webform (not on the website), and they emailed me saying they have been received, but on the application page it shows they are overdue.
