I got my correspondence letter on 24 April 2023 and 3 weeks now no PPR request, what’s causing the delay or final approval

My application is visitors visa and I apply on October 2022 and got medical pass on January 25 and got correspondence letter on April 24 and does that give me good sign of getting PPR?

I'm in the same boat. Got bvl on April 26th, my visa document number and expiry date are showing on the tracker but still no passport request letter.

Any body know whats time lilne taking in Dubai VFS to get stamp in the passport , I have submitted first week of may but still waiting . Is that normal in Dubai
