They can apply for a visitor visa. They need to show their own funds, travel history, ties to home country etc. You getting PR as a refugee will lessen their chances since IRCC will be concerned that they will claim asylum at the airport. If refused, you can meet in another country.

So after getting citizenship what are the chances?

They are applying not you. You can write invitation letter and include your PR card, NOA and bank balance but they need to show their own accounts to fund their own visit.

They need to provide bank statements to prove they have money to support themself during the visit, a paper saying they’re working if they’re, assets anything that will prove ties to their home country.

I’m still not a PR yet and my sister’s visa got approved in a month.

Your reason for getting asylum will influence whether it will be easier or harder for them to get a TRV. For example if you got protected person status as a member of the LGBTQIA+ because you are from a country that is not friendly to that population then there will be less concerns about your parents trying to claim asylum in Canada than if your home country was at war for example. The fact that your sister has a TRV may make it harder for your parents to get a TRV if there are concerns that your whole family will want to remain in Canada.

Looks like your sister may have gotten lucky and received approval quickly because of previous travel to Canada and returning home. If the approval was in a few weeks vs months she likely got approved through AI and not a manual review of her file by a person who may have been more concerned about your asylum claim and that she would not be returning to Turkey. Do your parents live in a city that was seriously impacted by the earthquake?

The fact that you only got approved as a protected person in April 2023 and your parents are applying for a TRV so soon after approval may raise concerns about there plans and whether they will try to remain in Canada. Will really depend
on the strength of their application. Do they have a good travel history to other countries like the US, UK, Australia, etc. in the past 5-10 years? Do you have any other siblings and where do they live? How much liquid savings can they show? Do they own property? What is their citizenship and do they live in that country?

You got approved in 2023 as a protected person and already have your PR card also in 2023. May I ask, how many weeks did you wait for your application for permanent residence to be fully processed? Because i know it takes atleast 1 year after submitting a PR application to finally receive PR card.

Will actually be around 2 years before you are likely to get PR. Processing times have varied between 1-2 years for a long time. The processing times decrease for a while and then increase because of demand, allocation of resources to other programs or other events.
