They are applying not you. You can write invitation letter and include your PR card, NOA and bank balance but they need to show their own accounts to fund their own visit.If i want to apply their tourist visa what are the documents required from my side?

Your reason for getting asylum will influence whether it will be easier or harder for them to get a TRV. For example if you got protected person status as a member of the LGBTQIA+ because you are from a country that is not friendly to that population then there will be less concerns about your parents trying to claim asylum in Canada than if your home country was at war for example. The fact that your sister has a TRV may make it harder for your parents to get a TRV if there are concerns that your whole family will want to remain in Canada.They need to provide bank statements to prove they have money to support themself during the visit, a paper saying they’re working if they’re, assets anything that will prove ties to their home country.

You got approved in 2023 as a protected person and already have your PR card also in 2023. May I ask, how many weeks did you wait for your application for permanent residence to be fully processed? Because i know it takes atleast 1 year after submitting a PR application to finally receive PR card.I applied for refugee status in Canada in 2020 and got approved in 2023

The processing times decrease for a while and then increase because of demand, allocation of resources to other programs or other events.You got approved in 2023 as a protected person and already have your PR card also in 2023. March 2020 - Applied For Refugee Case.
FEB 2021 - Interview at IRCC for passport deposit and Fingerprint.
APR 2021 - Received Work Permit
Dec 2021 - Refugee Hearing
JAN 2022 - NOD REFUSED
FEB 2022 - Appeal to RAD
JUL 2022 - Appeal Accepted / Approved
NOV 2022 - Again Hearing scheduled for March
March 2023 - Hearing Done and NOD on the spot Refugee Case ACCEPTED
