Suppose i get my oinp nomination, but my ielts expires AFTER getting the nomination 600 points. Do I have to get the same ielts score that I had when I first received NOI for oinp or a slight lower ielts score will work since in IRCC express entry profile as I already have the nomination now.

IF your IELTS expire AFTER 600 points, nothing to worry about!! Just provide new scores with less bands as well. THis is clearly mentioned by @Kubeir Kamal as well in one of his videos. But BEFORE the nomination, it's hard to tell if they will accept the expired IELTS or not.
There is difference between getting nomination and getting nomination certificate. Getting nomination means you get nominated to apply, you apply and then everything passed you get certificate issued. People usually confuse themselves that once they get nominated they get 600 points while you get them once you get certificate.
Once you get nomination at that time all your docs needs to be valid at the time of submission.
