Talk to IRCC. They have done a bunch of "oopsies" and rejected candidates based on randomly assigning them:
1. CEC, when they were FSW
2. FSW, when they were CEC

You don't want to be one of those rejections (you are hopefully not). Talk to them and get it sorted.

The ITA that I received clearly mentions that they are inviting me for permanent residency under FSW.

Asking you this just to be safeDid you upload your information sheet given at the end of your test to GCKey? A month is an expected time to get MEP/BIL - however, you shouldn't be too worried if it goes beyond 1 month, we've seen past applicants who had their MEP/BIL after 2 months and still were processed in <3 months from AOR.

Yes, I have uploaded the e-Medical sheet that was shared by the medical center on the same day. It is a 2 page report containing my UMI number, Personal Details, Barcode etc.
Actually, as I am observing that many people are getting updates regarding their Medical report in a week. That's the reason I am little worried about it.

As you quoted, I want to ask if someone’s BIL takes more than a month, is it possible that their eligibility and background have already started processing already before BIL, in order to get processed within 3 months?? Or the eligibility and background check only starts when one gets MEP/BIL?

I have not received BIL and its been more than a month. But I called IRCC and my eligibility is passed and medical pass too. Background check they have started and its under review.

I downloaded TEXTME app. Bought a monthly subscription. Got a number and unlimited calls in monthly subscription. My first call lasted 48 mins and got disconnected because I received another call on my phone. My second call lasted 40 mins. I would suggest to go for unlimited calls subscription because the waiting in line queue is 20-30 mins (atleast for me). and there was time when they didnt put me on queue and disconnected the call.

I would not take the risk to let someone call on my behalf unless I have represented them in my application. They do ask random Questions from your profile to make sure it is you.

Does the new tracker mention that you have passed eligibility as well? Or has it not updated there yet?
