Self-administered oath

Are there any news regarding the self administered oath proposal? I thought a decision on whether to adopt it or not would be made in April?

No news as of now, but I think it will be implemented starting next mont (June) as I haven't seen anyone been scheduled for oath in June. I'm assuming because of the upcoming change.
