Do I need to get medical checks for my parents before applying for a super-visa or after application? My parents already have their 10 years of TRV, but I am planning to apply for a super-visa so they can stay for a longer duration.

Are they in Canada? They can take medicals now. SV will not be processed until medicals for both parents are passed, and one year of insurance purchased.

They are in Mumbai, India. I wasn't sure if they could apply for a Super-Visa while they visit us on a regular TRV visa. I am under the impression that they can only apply from their home country.
