Were you asked fot Temporary resident application too or just study permit?
And did you send study permit with your application at first or later?

I was asked for updated forms, RFPR fees, the study permit I submitted it later.

Please someone should help me with with this questions, how can I send all the updated forms they asked me with the receipt for the RFPR fee at ones through webform? The space provided to upload documents can’t take all what they asked me. Can I send it bit by bit? And pls can I pay my kids study permits fee together with the RFPR fee? Thanks for the reply.

The last I know is, on March 18 and March 21 Applicant got a Medical Request.

If they have asked you for additional documents, the preferred method is to upload them through GCKEY.

Did you link your application to GCKEY?

You can upload multiple documents through Webform or you can combine all documents in one PDF

There is a new web form available and this supports multiple document upload options. : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application

You should pay RPRF Fee in one transaction and the Study Visa fee in another transaction.

In this way, you can write an LOE stating the specific Receipt Number for RPRF and Study Visa respectively.

Was it not indicated in the letter sent to your employer what year of tax return is required from her? Other officers require 3 years, but others require only one year which is the recent year. Just follow what year is indicated in the request.
