I have over 2 years of work experience. But, 1 year of experience as a QC Chemist and 1 year as a Jr.SME Chemistry content development in an ed-tech company. Both are outside of Canada. Can I consider this as 2 years of experience and claim points for SINP as well as express entry programs?

Are you eligble for Express Entry based on your age, IELTS, ECA and work experience with at least 67 points? Is the work experience in the same NOC?

Yes, I have a master's degree. I am done with my Wes evaluation, which states that my degree is equivalent to a Canadian master's equivalency. Moreover, the Chemist profile is in NOC code but the Jr.SME role is in different NOC codes. But both of them fall under the same TIER. Can I club these two experiences into 2 years?

You can for express entry. For SINP, all experience must be in one NOC that matches your education.
