My application passed 5 months 20 days.(AOR NOV 21, 2022)...and my ELIGIBILITY was showing NOT STARTED since JAN 31, 2023..I called IRCC twice to get update...and applied GCMS notes on APRIL 18...Finally got GCMS Notes this sunday (May 7th 2023)...even in GCMS Notes, the ELIGIBILITY was NOT STARTED....thankfully the status changed for the ELIGIBILITY to IN PROCESS yesterday....finally some movement....hope it doesn't get stuck again for eternity.

Do you know your VO ?
If you don't know your VO, you can ask IRCC.
The processing time is different depending on VO.
Mine is Etobicoke and many people whose VO is Etobicoke are delayed.
I got my AOR 28th Nov. in 2022 and I'm on the same boat.
The eligibility has not been started yet. haha

Primacy VO: MONTREAL.
Secondary VO: VANCOUVER.

I received my AOR on November 27 and my current status in tracker is
- Medical Passed
- Background verification -> In Progress
- Eligibility -> Not started.
It's been almost 6 months, anyone on the same boat?
