Visitor Visa Refusal

Hi all,

I am on my work permit as of now.

I applied for my parents visitor visa for my convocation in 2022, June and got a refusal.

I applied again this year in Feb with all kinds of documents and got a refusal again.

I was thinking to apply again but just for my mother, should I do it two times in one year?

Or simply wait till I get my PR next year to apply for their supervisa?

What were reasons for refusal? Does just applying for mother address reasons for refusal? Applying 3 times in a short period of time can look desperate. For supervisa, still need to address reasons If not fund related.
