What is your GMAT score? MBA to a Canadian program is also based on GMAT, undergrad marks, and work experience. IELTs scores alone are not enough. UBC, Western, McGill are the top universities. Mid tier - Manitoba, U of A, Simon Fraser. Select a province you want to live and research MBA programs in that province/city. Only select a public DLI and not private like Canada West.

You would be looking for a universty and not a college.
Re-write IELTS and achieve a score of at least 6.5 in all four categories. The 6 in writing puts you at risk of refusal by IRCC. For Master's level programs, IRCC likes to see individual scores of at least 6.5 in each category.
Which ones? Most public DLIs will only not require GMAT under exceptional circumstances (work experience is impeccable).
Athabasca. Several of the smaller east coast and west coast universities. I don't remember the exact list off the top of my head but there are definitely a number that are public universities and don't require a GMAT (and where this isn't on an exception basis).
But not the top tier schools. Believe OP already has 3 refusals, and had acceptance to a school for a MBA but doesn’t say what school. If 3 refusals with acceptance to a MBA program may want to consider school that accepts GMATs.
Hi Dear, Thanks for your reply, Yes, I did not give GMAT, but I have good professional experience. I just wanted to know with my IELTS scores, which are Listening- 8, Reading-8.5, Writing- 6, Speaking-6.5. Overall Score 7.5, Which all colleges I will be eligible for admission (many college demand 6.5 band overall).
Yes but I am planning to change the college now, I got admission in UCW basis my education councilor suggestion, My visa got rejected 3 times already, I got to know later that UCW has bad reputaion. Now I want to change the college.
I am working professional, so looking for college which require no GMAT, and can give me admisison basis my current IELTS score.

Everyone gets into Canada West. Your IELTS scores are writing is low. Colleges don’t have MBA programs. Given 3 refusals, maybe consider GMAT to show that you are committed to a program. You are going to have to research universities and see which ones don’t require GMATs.
You are right I did not research much, I followed what my education counselor said., just deciding what to do, thanks anyway, and thank for answering my post, really appreciate it. Regarding GMAT, I am working professional, working 10 hrs shift daily, not possible for me to prepare this exam.

For MBA, You may try with Thompson River University, Vancouver Island University and Lakehead University which don't insist on GMAT, provided you fulfil other conditions.
