How long is ECA Report valid for ?

i have ECA Report from WES Which is 8 years old. all my academics remain same.
Can i use 8 years old WES Report to submit my application to IRCC. Will it be considered valid.
Can WES Give me same ECA Report but with latest date if i pay WES Applicable fees?
