i m jan 2021 applicant.. yesterday my consultant told me that ircc requires additional docs like bank statement and my insurance when i was working.. from my employer... he told me that this is very rare that they demand employee insurance in inda.. i m bit worried about that

Well, sometimes they do that. You can state in an LOE that if you get minimum age, the Employee insurance is not part of the salary.

After medical request what are the steps and how long it takes to get passport request ? Anyone from March 2021 applicant.

Hi everyone,
After long wait my sister and her family got Medicals request..They applied in March 2021 and now today May 06th whole family got medicals..

But I have a question, my sister applied from Oman, but after that she moved to India due to some reasons in Oct 2021. Even though through Web inquiry form we updated that she moved to India and also Biometrics were done from India but still now her Medicals request has Oman address and they need PC Clearance from India and UAE again..
Whole family is in India now and they can get Medicals there but what to do with Oman address on the PDF form we received and what we can do in this case. Can we book Medicals in Delhi India with the same Medical form we received and how to update for her address change.???
Can some please advise..

Here is our timeline for HSWP. Overseas applicant (Category A) with accompanying spouse and kids.

Mar 2021 - Application received at CPC Edmonton
Jan 2022 - Permanent file number received (PAOR), 'E' file number linked to GCKey
Nov 2022 - Biometrics (BIL) and ADR (birth certificates for applicant and spouse)
Apr 2023 - Medicals; employer asked for new Offer of Employment form and Job letters (supplied new NOA as well)
IRCC strike
May 3rd 2023 - Invitation to Pre-arrival services
May 4th 2023 - Biometrics Validity Letter (BVL) with 'W' and 'S' file numbers for temporary residence applications
May 5th 2023 - Eligibility passed

Unable to link the work permit and study permit file numbers to existing GCKey. But able to use Application Status Tracker for everyone and see the temporary residence applications in progress.

Waiting for PPR and the Letter of Introduction.

After MED, if Employee or Employer didn't receive any ADR, then it should be approved in a month or two.

Without PCC, the application will be refused. So better provide PCC if IRCC is requesting.

Oh really.. Its really getting a challenge to get PCC from Dubai but we will try again..
Its just 30 days we have to provide everything, but thanks again for the reply...
