nah, it rarely goes to months. See some cases from past here: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/medical-passed-but-no-biometric-request.653492/post-9417803AOR 11.04.2023
Medicals Passed: 03.05.2023
I did not receive BIL yet whereas all the people recived it with MEP. Should i be concern about it or reach out to IRCC? or should i just wait?
I have read people who did not receive BIL along with MEP had to wait for months.
Once you are at MEP/BIL stage, your CANXXXX will change to a permanent UCI number.ITA - March 2023
AOR May - 4th
Delayed submission due to Indian PCC.
How long it took for anyone to get a permanent UCI number? Mine is still starting with CAN*****
regarding employer certificates it should be fine unless your dates are down to the wire. for example if you are claiming points for foreign work ex 1 year and total time of employment is getting less than 1 year based on the dates on your experience letterHello there,
I’m about to submit my documents but I have 2 questions:
1- the bank made a mistake with my POF and it’s not for 6 months, but I have a previous one for the same account which should cover the whole period. Just to be more clear, the first is from Oct 16, 2022 until April 24, 2023 (amount less than the minimum POF updated in April 25), and another from Nov 20, 2023 until April 29, 2023, and shows the enough money needed (salary received). Would it be fine if I upload them both as 1 document, or should I get a new statement?
2- Some of my employment certificates show different end date than what I submitted in my application. Difference is just few days, which is just me taking a break in between jobs or weekends. For example, I left employer A on the 31st of August which was a Sunday, and started with employer B on Sept 1. But my certificate from employer A states until Aug 29 (which is a Friday).
My question is, do I need to update my employment history, or these few days gaps are fine?
Not sure what you mean by medicals done. Do you mean you got your upfront medicals done or you are at medicals pass? What is MEP/BIL stage?
I got my medicals done already.
Thank you so much. Yeah it should be fine, I have 10+ years of experience. So few days here and there will not affect itregarding employer certificates it should be fine unless your dates are down to the wire. for example if you are claiming points for foreign work ex 1 year and total time of employment is getting less than 1 year based on the dates on your experience letter
Yes, I did upfront medicals. Not sure what you mean by medicals done. Do you mean you got your upfront medicals done or you are at medicals pass?
Acronyms:
- MEP = Medical pass
- BIL = Biometrics Invitation Letter
For some it(CANXXXX to UCIXXX) changes at MEP, for others it changes upon linking of Biometrics (which usually happens on the same day as your biometrics appointment).
Got it. You can expect your UCI to be in place after giving your biometrics. They'll hold on to issuing a BIL till they give you R10(list of document complete, hence the application is ready for review) and Medical pass.Yes, I did upfront medicals.
