I apply for my Citizenship in July 2022 , Till now I did not get any Reply from them. Should I wait more as I know Whole Process will take 28 months,

There is no information when I log in to my Potal, I applied online and it just only Says, Application has been submited on 14th July 2022 and nothing has been updated by last approx 1 year.
You are checking at the wrong place.
https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/ -> Create an account on this, using UCI and application number. You might have got an email from "@cic.gc.ca" which would have your application no.
It's been a long time. I hope you have not missed your test and all.
