Test Completed But BACKGROUND CHECK in progress.

Security is in progress. Have to wait. Can take 7-9 months. They often redact CSIS referral information, nothing to work about. Review ready is a good sign. In my case it still says test ready (not good).

Darn still 7-8 months, I thought its not in SS and security is just around the corner due to procedural delay. But I couldn't find even page of security sub-activity which would be blank or redacted, only sub-activity page was of Criminality (FP related). Yours is test ready which means test invite to be sent but u alrdy done with test, may be it wasn't updated or touched after u completed the test. Well the end lesson is I have to wait 7-9 months, irregard to review ready or not. It doesn't sounds good sign to me when it still take 7-9 months for security in process, it means I'm in SS

Your sub-activities mentions Feb. You're well within the processing time, nothing to worry about.

After a couple of months if you want confirmation of security screening, you can make an atip request to CSIS. They will only confirm whether or not your file is with them.

Interesting that your LPP marked completed before BG. Don’t think I’ve ever seen this. I wonder if they’re just working on all parts of applications at once now ?

Congratulations! Wow, that took quite a long time indeed. I noticed that you mentioned that your tracker wasn't updated with FP request and receipt even after multiple FP requests. Did it finally get updated? Did you have to contact IRCC in any regard for this? We are in a similar situation with the tracker not having any details about the FP request and receipt. We reached out to RCMP and they mentioned that they have already sent the results of FP verification about a month ago. Appreciate any pointers. Thank you!

7-9 months. Mine took 8.5. hopefully you'll get an update by June

Hey my tracker never showed anything related to FP! Not the old ones, nor the new ones. I checked the forum before to calm my anxiety haha and there are a lot of people with similar situation where the tracker doesn't track the FP part!
