My school refused to give me reference letter, so i am getting it from my ex-colleague. She too left the school after me. When she signs the reference letter, below her name, what should be her position? Teacher or Ex-Teacher or Teacher worked in school from-to? Any suggestion? (She is not working anywhere now after that job)

Saying that she is "XYZ Teacher" below her signature or in a body of employment letter will not be the truth. She can say "I worked with [Your name] as XYZ Teacher(from 20XX-20XX)" everywhere should cover it.
