I just got the guideline below on our forum, FYI:

Steps to register in ecas after getting aor:

1) incognito mode or clear browser cache history
https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

Second method:
1) Open this link https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/forgot
2) Enter your UCI and Application number.
3) It will send reset code to your email.
4) enter that code and create new 14 digit password.
5) Now it will allow you to login with UCI and new password

I used the second method without any problems. You have to wait 48h though. Doesn't work before that.

My status is in progress now.

I also got an email from IRCC stating the same that I can check my application status online. So...

ECAS is another tracker. - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do available for paper applicants.
Understood that your message was to update In Progress date in google sheet.

I'm looking at everyone's dates and it seems like it took over a month from when my application was physically delivered to IRCC (March 13) to the date that shows up as Application filed (April 17) and then additional 15 days for me to receive the AOR (May 1). I'm assuming that the strike had to do something with that delay. Curious to know what everyone's experience has been during this strike, as I know 45+ days to receive AOR is unusual.
