Family of 3 PNP process

I initiated PR process by creating EOI account for a family of 3.
I got fair IELTS score (8.5,8,7,7)
However my CRS score is low (390) probably because of my age factor, Bachelor’s degree and also dependant spouse & child.
I am 16+ years experienced IT project manager.

Could you pls suggest ways to improve the CRS score or other approaches like job offers to get PR. I heard PNP increases the chances significantly. But I need guidance from experienced people here who got it successfully. I heard there are some whatsapp groups for PNPs for various provinces.

Any help in this regard is much appreciated.

How old are you? Learn French. Take MBA in Canada but this doesn’t guarantee PR as it still may not be enough points. PNP for you most likely only option if you get a job offer so you need to start your own job search and find employers willing to support your nomination. Research each province so you understand each province’s eligibility requirements.

Thanks for the reply. I am currently 38 years old.
Cracking French exam will be tough hurdle for me now as I don't even know basics . But I will check that.
Any pointers to PNP related information like sites etc will be helpful to me. I will start researching that.
