Proof of Funds Requirement Question

Hi,

My proof of funds requirement is met with the money I have right now. However, I have two credit cards with a credit limit of USD 1,400. I have a minor outstanding of USD 100 which I am planning on settling. If I am not cancelling the two credit cards, should I show an additional USD 1,400, even though that credit limit has not been utilized?
