Startup experience for Express Entry will count?

Hi All

Quick question: if I join an early stage registered startup, just 4 months old who can pay me, but since they are new their first year revenue could be very low or even nothing, will that experience count if job role is per NOC and all taxes and payroll is inline?

Please advise.

It will be counted as long as you are being paid a regular salary.

Even if the start-up has the address of home of one of the founders as its registered address? Any restrictions to that? Reason I am asking is, Alberta has AINP program which says place of employment cannot be one that is not zoned for commercial or industrial operations, such as a home-based business. Does Express Entry have any such restriction?
