I received my ITA on March 29, but my portal has been down since April 3 (The webpage is broken when I click on 'Continue application'). I've not been able to complete my details, or even view the checklist. I've sent multiple web forms, reached out on Twitter, cleared cache, changed browsers, changed internet connections, and even tried calling them but to no avail.
I've only 28 days left to submit my docs, and I feel helpless cause it's a technical issue and there is nothing I can do. Is there a possibility I can ask for an extension cause it's an unresolved technical error? If so, could anyone please let me know if they have a specific email address for such concerns?

No. You can't request any extension in this case.

I see people complain about not being able to access the GCkey login, but it is usually one or two small mistakes that lead to issue.

Quick check:
1. You aren't getting an error code, right?
2. You appear to be in an infinite login loop where it keeps redirecting you to the same page?
3. Is the portal timing you out without any response code?

If #1 and #3 aren't there and it is #2 - it is fixable. We all have gone through #2. Confirm as soon as you can and we can see what fixes it.

I AM getting an error code, It's not the infinite loop.
It's "System-generated error code: null"
And "Sorry, this online service is currently not available".

Check if there's a website maintenance going on.
 
Does anyone able to solve the issue? we are experiencing this issue since 15th Feb after getting ITA. We cant continue with the application. (Removed cache, changed the browser, tried in multiple platforms) Still problem persists
