It can but IRB also redistribute case loads across the provinces and have online hearings where members are in different locations than the asylum claimant. If moving provinces you will also have to change lawyers if you have legal aid.

Hi, i did my biometric on 27 march, so after month i send email to know how my application is going but i received this email saying like this ( the application is currently in review by an officer) can please someone explain to me what does means ? And how long it take the officer to end review my case

Could be 6 months but could be 2 years before you get a hearing

6 months for sponsor approval letter ??? Or whole procedure … actually m talking about after pending review email how much time it will take for SA ?
