Is all Oath ceremony got canceled?

My mum is going to have the Oath ceremony tomorrow online, she did not receive any email or message from IRCC saying it will be canceled, does that mean the ceremony will go on?! Please let me know if you have the same experience! Thanks!

All ceremonies are canceled due to the strike
