OINP Program (International Student Stream) Do I need an LMIA??

Hi,

I have a question regarding OINP program. I'm currently working as a post graduate on a post graduate work permit and I meet all the requirements except that I am not sure whether my employer needs to submit an LMIA for me. There is no mention in the requirements that an applicant under this stream needs LMIA. I'd like to mention that I also have been employed by the same employer for more than a year now (and continuing to do so). My occupation code is 2174.

Any help is much appreciated as I have a limited time before I lose this option since I graduated almost two years ago. Thank you! :)

Did you apply in the end? No LMIA needed right?
