I changed employer last year, and IRCC accepted the change and issued a new visa in October.
I have received a letter giving confirmation, my new visa number, and informing I will receive the new actual visa document by mail in the following 6 weeks.
It's been over 6 months, and despite all the messages I sent through the IRCC contact form, I still haven't received the document, any answer, or further information about this.
This is highly annoying for all the reasons you can imagine: creating a medical card, leaving the country, etc., are things I cannot do without the original document.
I wonder if anybody has been in this situation, and what can I do about it?
IRCC states pretty clearly that there are no other ways to contact them than through their contact form.
