What does UCI mean?

UCI = Unique Client Identifier.

But the tracker refers to the moment the UCI is linked.

If I'm right, once you create an application for permanent residency it creates a new UCI, although you possibly had other visa applications before, such as for the temporary workers, and that's when they link both codes, that's why it is called "Unique".

In the gc key account. I did not get any ghost update as well. My application was simply “Submitted”. But when entered in the application, bcg was changed.

thanks, mine is Not Applicable too. What was it before? and seems like everybody got this change so probably a system bug?

It was “We are processing your background check. We will let you kbow if we need more information”

Unfortunately, my application was rejected due to providing a certified translated copy of my PCC not the original copy.

Late March and April guys hold tight you will get MED/UCI/BIL soon.
and make sure you have provided the original PCC, if not raise a webform ASAP
