I have started PR process in Canada based on skill worker category.
Have Master Degree with10 Years IT experience. But I have Kidney chronic disease at stage 3 for past 10 years and stable health, and My creatine is fluctuating between 2.2 to 3.
Is there any possibility in my case to get PR, can I continue the process.

Normal max value of Creatinine for CIC case is 1.3. For 2.2 - 3.0, they will refer you to a Nephrologist for further investigations like GFR, ACR, 24 hour urine analysis, PCR. Once they are normal, I guess you won't have a problem. But they will give a grade B on medicals once you are referred to a Nephrologist. I would suggest you to change your lifestyle, mild exercises, yoga, meditation, cut down completely on proteins, and good sleep. That's how I I kept it in check for 6 and passed the Medicals. Hope this is useful to you.

Greatly appreciated your words. But I cant reduce my creatine dam sure it will show around 2.4, and it was like that for past 10 years.
I am getting a lot of confusion for moving forward the process.

You need to post in the EE/Skilled Worker sections of the forum. This section is for Canadian citizens/PRs sponsoring their family members and the rules are far different.

I am trying to look for some information when Creat is in the 2.8 - 3 range with No CKD or Renal issues & whether or not that person would pass medical for PR. The exemption only applies in situations where a Canadian citizen or PR spouse is sponsoring their non-Canadian spouse for PR. Is this your situation?

No I am not in either category. We, as a family, are awaiting PR

Yes. The kids and I have. Spouse was asked for a note from Nephrologist. No CKD and we ran a battery of other tests too & they all came back normal.
Our Nephrologist did give a note and we will go back to the Panel Physician in 2 weeks from now. In the meanwhile dietary and lifestyle changes have been made and we hope this too shall pass
