NOC Code Confusion - 21311 or 22220?

I have been working as a network engineer for nearly five years. I'm not clear on what my NOC code is between 21311 & 22220. I perform the responsibilities mentioned in 21311 every few weeks and some every few months and the responsibilities in 22220 on a daily basis. It would be 20-30% of 21311 and 70-80% of 22220 on a daily average. So, I suppose I should go with 22220?

Now the confusing part is that I'm a commerce graduate. This means I don't have a relevant college degree for my current profession. I have technical certifications from networking vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc) which are relevant to the jobs that I have been doing. These certifications are not evaluated by education credentials evaluating agencies so, I'm unsure if I can put the details of these in my express entry profile. Can the lack of relevant degrees be a problem if I select either of the NOC codes?

Yes, go with 22220 since it’s a closer match, make sure your job letter covers most of the responsibilities you have performed in 22220.
No issues with a different degree, this is allowed even if the NOC says x degree is usually required. Personally my degree is in chem eng, now I am a management consultant (business), got my COPR with no issues (no LOE either).
