hello All,
I received my COPR on 13th march , since then I didn't received any update. However, I have link to Gckey account. I tried to call them but not able to get agent to talk,
please advise which email should I use to reach IRCC.

I got the COPR on 13th march as well. The card is not delivered to me as well.

Finally, got PR card approved and mailed message today.
COPR: Mar 13
GU1: April 17
Approved and Mailed: April 20
Waiting for the physical card.

The Etobicoke email really works (only got photo approval after sending email to ask after 35 days. Reply to the initial portal email works).

Did u initiated on the same mail or started another mail chain and what subject line u chose?

Your application has been approved and CoPR has been generated on records. CONGRATULATIONS!! But portal email is still pending.... May be, IRCC strike is delaying it.

Application submitted and AOR - January 2nd, 2023
Medicals and Biometric passed - Feb 01st
GU 1 - March 13th
GU 2 - March 14th
All parameters completed on tracker - March 16th
PR confirmation mail received - March 17th
PR portal credentials received and address and picture submitted- March 20th
ECoPR received - March 23rd
PR card application linked to GCKey - March 24th
GU - April 14th
PR cards mailed for main and dependent - April 18th
Main applicant card received - April 21st
Dependent card received - April 24th

I came to Canada in 2019 on work permit and created EE profile in June 2022.

There wasn't any approval email as such. There was an email saying your application has been updated. For PR card approval and mail information, it's better to link PR card to GCKey
