Get a work permit. No-one is going to sponsor Pakistan nationals
You are unlikely to get a job in Canada until you at least have some work experience and if you are skilled in something that is needed in Canada. You will be competing with people with further education like a bachelors degree or a 3 year college in Canada so you need to get some experience in the industry and likely some more education before really trying to secure a job in the IT sector.
Yes sir I've experienced of 2 years in local market warehouse as a helper and I also worked as data entry jobs in this store.
