yesHi guys,
I applied under stream B on 16 July and received AOR on 18 August 2022. Also received request for additional docs on same day and I submitted them next day. Medical passed on 19 August 2022. Until today there is no updates about my file. Is there anyone that facing the same situation.?
How irresponsible they are? Why they are planning to move it to 2024? Are they not getting paid or what? it's ridiculous!Hey guys I spoke to RCIC today and she said that there's a high chance that it would get pushed to end of 2024. That's why they gave OWP till then. It's really sad from IRCC. I know there's no such thing as per the immigration level plans but she had advised this twice. And way these Whitehorse lazy oafs are working, it highly likely seems that they gonna get it pushed all the way to 2024.

not confirmed but that's what was told by rcic. I think it should be over this year but I don't trust ircc n this fraser guyHow irresponsible they are? Why they are planning to move it to 2024? Are they not getting paid or what? it's ridiculous!
TRUE !! and to add to what @PRJuneChaser mentioned, in IRCC views, this is an extra-ordinary measure in which they keep coming back with ADR's in case of an incomplete application. In other streams, they would have rejected the incomplete applications. So, just hang tight, imagine TR to PR never existed, go about your life as you would otherwise and one day you will hear your name winning the lotto max millions when you receive the PR portal email. Not possible. Tr to Pr pathway has got no timeline so there is no case to argue....its not like other programs that hv a timeline.
I would join if we can sue IRCC. But I don't know HOW? I don't think there's any organization or lawyer that can represent a small group of applicantsI wonder, what if all of us united and sued the government, the problem is that the only people who know of our immigration problem are the people with the same problem, and while we suffer they have the decency to strike and calmly tell us that we might need to wait for another year or two?
Our problem is that we are too quite, if even 10% of us started writing to the news, spreading the word of our mistreatment, contacting every possible person or organization whose interest is to criticize the current government, and we shouldn't rest until the news will be reporting on how we are treated.
but its hard to keep patience now after 2 years of wait, life stuck at one point, cant move forward, need a new light/hope to restart my life. what we can do I dun know, there should be something which we can do and get some resultTRUE !! and to add to what @PRJuneChaser mentioned, in IRCC views, this is an extra-ordinary measure in which they keep coming back with ADR's in case of an incomplete application. Thats how i like to look at it. the more time we invest checking the status, the more anxiety we're gonna get.
We could request an "Order of Mandamus" but as far as I know its for individual cases, as far as the suing collectively first we have to make enough noice in order to be noticed, now we are just a group of outcasts that nobody knows about, this is how they can get away with treating us like sub-humans, in my opinion we should get out to the media and make noice, only then we have a shot of having a lawyer represent us, not for the money but for the fame of suing a government institution.I would join if we can sue IRCC.
