Received BIL only for Mother for Visit Visa

I recently applied for visit visa for my mother and father. I submitted the application as a group. My father is the principal applicant. But only my mother received the BIL yet. What should I do? Is there something wrong in my application?

same situation here, I applied super visa for both parents, my mom is the main applicant but only my father got the BCL not my mom. my mom doesn't get the UCI yet. not sure, many same cases online, just wait.
it's not helpful they are officially on strike from today.

I am in the same situation. My parents cannot go twice for biometric because VFS office is very far so I am just waiting for IRCC to send the second letter.

I got my mom's BCL last night, 2 days later than my father.

application updated ghost email 20 april 2023 (after 24 hours from submission confirmation)
but no biometrics letter yet …
Is this normal ?

got my mom's BCL in almost 3 days.

I applied on April 17 morning, got BCL on April 19 night.
