Where are they from? Normal TRV or supervisa? Have you ordered GCMS notes? Have you contacted your local MP asking to follow-up to see if there is anything leading to a much longer than average wait time for an answer.

They are from India. We re-applied a new super visa application on Feb 7, 2023. We were thinking to order GCMS notes but got a suggestion that since eligibility reviewal is yet to start and background check is in progress, GCMS notes will not be helpful at all! I see the processing time currently is 72 days. Thinking to check in with MP post that.
Just want to clarify, those days mentioned in processing times are not business days right?

Posted processing times are just estimates and are often incorrect. Your parents are still within normal processing times. If you haven’t heard something after 4 months then I would follow-up. MP will just tell you your application is being processed. MP tend to push for more information once your application is being processed much longer than others. It is not not unusual fir applicants from Ibfuscyo take 3+ months. If anything irregular shows up in their medical or they have health issues that require a manual review of their health assessment that will likely add 1.5 months. If they need further test that can add 3+ months.

Have the submitted a medical?

Yes they have already done an upfront medical exam. We have submitted documents related to the exam containing all details as well when were applying. Not sure what is holding back the linking of their exams!

The doctor is the one who submits the exam results and anything related to the medical not the applicant.
