How DO you know the MIFI received the CSQ? Did you receive a letter?. I sent my request since a week and i did not receive any answer yet.
Someone close to me in the processing timeline just got the letter from MIFI confirming the reception of the application for CSQ. Mine should be in 1-2 days. It happens approximately 2-2.5 weeks after sending the application to MIFI. I also knew it since they charged my credit card last Friday. The date in my signature is the date MIFI received it by Canada Post tracking (I sent it by registered mail).
You said you sent the request 1 week ago, then wait 1-1.5 weeks still.

Walal my VO is Nairobi.. London should be a lot faster in shaa Allah try to give them a call
Yeah.. it’s not mentioned in my SA. I tried calling IRCC, but due to high number of calls, it got disconnected.
They’re saying it’s a global glitch. Even the non accompanying dependent whose file nothing is being done with background changed to in progress too
