Not sure if it's the right place to ask but I received AOR on the 2nd of September 2020 and I would like to know what's the average processing time of PR application. I'm a PNP applicant by the way.

Just wait few days, you will be noticed by medical exam passed. Mine took 45 days after AOR.

Is AOR like PAOR because we got AOR in Dec 2022 after submitting Nov 2022.

Permanent (application) acknowledgement of receipt. Some get a T(emporary)AOR. This is mainly the caregiver pilot program.

Thanks. Do you have any insight into this: Do additional document requests happen before or after the background check process? Secondly, if you have the status "processing" for the eligibility and background check, does that mean you'll soon receive your decision?

ADR can happen at any time. In my case it was appendix A 2 days before biometrics request. Then, after 9 months we received the PPR.
