Recently I got a Job offer as an Electrical Engineer.
Could I DIY my Ontario Province Nominate？ Or does it need the employer to agree, and fee for me?

What stream? If job offer then yes your employer must be eligible and fill out the employer forms . All on the OINP site.

Yes, I saw the list on the Ontatrio IMM website. My employer/firm is eligible. So the thing should be whether they would love to form or not?
