Hi and thanks in advance,
I started an Express Entry Profile that was never finalized then eventually deleted.
Today, I tried to start one up again more than 60 days later. It's telling me in the GCKey portal, that I already have an application. Does this mean that the current permanent residency application we have submitted in a different program (caregiver) is blocking entry into the EE pool?

You have a PR application underway so no need for an EE profile.

What is your eligibility score for EE? NOC? CRS score?
The person is not in the pool so I have no exact CRS score. Not planning on calculating one from their guide. I wanted the selection to be based on past occupation criterion they implemented last year to be the thing that triggers an ITA.

This is for a family member.
I myself did EE years ago.

Right but are you even eligible with 67 points to enter the pool?
There would be enough points as the CELPIP is done (native speaker), ECA, relative, etc.
