Offer of Employment & Education Document

Hi All,

I received ITA recently and while completing the profile, I was asked for these documents that I need help.

I've a query regarding offer of employment & Education Document and seeking advise. Could anyone experienced please help?

(1) Offer of employment - I'm currently on closed work permit (exempted from LMIA). I was provided offer when I moved to Canada in Feb 2022 which is more than 1 year old so I assume I need new offer letter. However, I don't have any new offer or new starting date. my current job is what I'm continuing which is also listed in my work permit.

Question - I can ask my employer to provide an offer letter dated this month but my questions is, Do I need a new start date for the same job to be mentioned in offer letter or it can be stated that its ongoing position started in Feb 2022 and is valid until certain date (1 year after PR approval)?

(2) Education Document - I completed my masters in US and also got ECA done for that from WES and I can provide both. Unfortunately, I don't have Final Degree Certificate for bachelors I completed in India (B.Tech in Computer) as I immediately moved to US after completion of graduation and provisional certificate (available with me) was sufficient to secure admission. After that I never needed that again. I applied this time online to my university but its going to take about 2 month as per officials in India so I can't wait.

Question - Do I need to submit Bachelor and Masters Both Degree Certificate along with ECA or only Masters Degree is sufficient as its the highest degree and has ECA completed? What other options I can go for?

You don't need a new offer if you are still working at the same job which I assume you are. Its just a new experience letter you need which needs to mention about your salary, working hours per week, your postion, job description.
For the education credentials, though one gets ECA for the highest degree, all the other education degrees and transcripts have to be uploaded, you can try with the provisional one you have but I would suggest to start the process to get the completion certificate in case you get a request.
